We are pleased to announce that in June 2021 Dr. Joanna Mormul, the Secretary of the Jagiellonian Research Center for African Studies, became the representative of the Jagiellonian University in the North-South Dialogue expert group – part of the university research network The Guild of European Research-Intensive Universities. The Guild was founded in 2016 and it is currently associating 21 European research universities. Dr. Mormul replaced in this position the Director of the Center, Prof. Robert Kłosowicz.
The North-South Dialogue expert group currently concentrates on determining how to establish sustainable research and education partnerships with universities and researchers in Africa.
