We are pleased to inform that in May 2021, the Commission of African Studies was established at the Committee of Ethnological Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. The body includes members of the Jagiellonian Research Center for African Studies: Dr. hab. prof. UŚ Maciej Kurcz - chairman, dr hab. prof. UJ Anna Niedźwiedź – Deputy Chairman, and dr hab. prof. UP Joanna Bar - Secretary.
